Below is a list of our standard limited warranties for our products. Some products are eligible for free extended warranities when you register your product online within the required timeilne. Details of our limited warranty can be found under the limited warranty menu item above. These limited warranties apply to both the Silicone Designs, Ideal Home and My Home Basics brands. Other restrictions and limitations may apply.

Purchases must be made from authorized sellers of our products for warranty claims to be honored. See our Authorized Sellers list on this website for more details.

The table above shows all products with their standard warranty, if an extended warranty is available and what the extended warranty duration is.

To see details of each limited warranity, please see the appropriate warranty page on this website (hover over the LIMITED WARRANTY button and select the correct submenu item). Some product offerings may include multiple products and each product will have their own warranty period that may not be reflected in the chart above (e.g. Ice Cube Tray with Kitchen Tong).
